Projects > Shopping Centers

Renovation of shopping centers provides its own unique challenges. Many times the original façade's structure has been modified by the Owner's attempts to stay current with the markets or a tenant's desire to make his space standout. But in either case, the cosmetic renovation efforts may have allowed the base structure to fall into disrepair or become structurally inadequate. Abramson Construction Corporation has played a key role as a team player by investigating the as-built conditions of the project prior to final design to enable the Architect to make better decisions as to the extent of the renovations required.
